Few goaltenders dominated the WHL like Griffen Outhouse. The Victoria Royals leader in almost every goaltender category ranks ninth in all-time wins and is one of seven goaltenders with at least 110 wins and ten shutouts.

Outhouse dominated from the get-go as in 2015-16; he recorded an 18-3-4 record with four shutouts in 27 games. He put on one of the most dominant rookie goaltending performances in WHL history, finishing with a 1.82 goals-against average (GAA) and a .937% save percentage (SV%). He even got some starts during the playoff playing three games with a 2-1 record with a 2.51 GAA and a .901% SV%.

In year two and his first as a full-time starter, Outhouse suited up for 63 games finishing with a 34-24-4 record while once again finishing with four shutouts. He recorded a .915% SV% and a 2.85 GAA. During the playoffs, he was on fire posting a 2.10 GAA and a .923% SV%. Unfortunately, Victoria was eliminated in six games.

During the 2017-18 season, Outhouse set a franchise record with 35 wins in 60 games. Overall, he had a .914% SV% and a 3.08 GAA. In the playoffs, he helped Victoria make it to the second round, which included a seven-game first-round series against Vancouver.

During his final WHL season, Outhouse continued his dominance finishing with a 27-16-2 record. He also finished with a .913% SV% and a 2.81 GAA. Once again, he helped the Royals make the playoffs leading Victoria to the second round.

Overall, Outhouse finished his career with a 114-60-15 record. Since his retirement, he has been honoured with a bobblehead night put on by the Royals. A special player, he is well-deserving of making the best of 2010s list.
