Some of The Best Mustaches In NCAA History

We have had the NFL, CFL, and NBA so far this Movember. Now we look at a spot where a lot of players from those leagues started, the NCAA. The NCAA has had some amazing ‘staches in its history but today we want to take a look at some of the best and most notable in the game.

Paul Skenes

The former LSU Tiger in his former collegiate days, now Pittsburgh Pirate, not only is a great pitcher but has gained lots of popularity because of his mustache. Skenes accomplished a lot at LSU including, National Player Of The Year in 2023, College World Series Most Outstanding player and went #1 overall in the 2023 MLB Draft. The outstanding pitcher has also attained a big following as he is dating former LSU gymnast and social media influencer, Livvy Dunne.

The mustache is loved by a lot of people as many fans indulge in the fake mustache to support their pitcher. To this day, Paul Skenes is still an inspiration to many kids, is a rising star in the sport of baseball and loved by his mustache. 

Drew Timme

Timme was a leader and great player for the Gonzaga University Men’s basketball Team, as he was the face of College Basketball from 2020 to 2023. Timme had a remarkable career playing at Gonzaga but one of his most noticeable features was his moustache as they are not extremely common among basketball players. The likes of Timme’s mustache landed him a NIL deal with Dollar Shave Club during the 2022 March Madness tournament. Timme was a fan favorite during his time at Gonzaga and seemed to be never forgotten for his awesome skills, his impact on Gonzaga and of course, his mustache. 

Doug Edert

The St. Peter’s Peacocks run in the 2022 March Madness tournament run was unforgettable. As a 15 seed, beating Kentucky, Murray St, and Purdue, the peacocks were a team in the Elite Eight but ended by losing to the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Peacocks run was like nothing ever seen before but the main and fan favorite player, Doug Edert showed his flashes throughout the tournament as well being known for his awesome mustache.

Edert really made a name for himself after exploding for 20 points against the 2 seed Kentucky Wildcats, knocking down 5/7 shots from the field. The guard out of New Jersey quickly made headlines as completely taking over the NCAA for the duration of their tournament run. Edert and the peacocks are were an inspiration and has a big impact on the NCAA.

Aaron Feld

Miami’s strength and conditioning coach has one of the best mustaches associated with the NCAA and one of the most liked. Although he is not an athlete, Aaron Feld sure trains like one and gives the University Of Miami’s Football team motivation, nutrition advice and putting them in the best position to succeed for games. Feld had also worked with the Oregon Ducks at his time being a strength and conditioning coach and has had a major impact on the NCAA for having such a big influence with his mustache as well coaching advice.

Brad Robbins

The former punter for the University Of Michigan was tweeted about lots during the 2022 College Football season saying he had the best mustache in the entire country. He made a significant impact on the NCAA as he was listed as a great punter as well a finalist regarding the Ray Guy award as being the best punter in all of College Football. In regards to his mustache, Robbins was noticed heavily by lots of fans and became quite the personality among players in the NCAA.
